Project Identification
Dahab Sports Academy is a sports project dedicated to developing sports tourism in Dahab. The under-development project will encompass recreational sports as well as the Red Sea's popular sporting activities including diving and windsurfing.

Because of the ideal location to conduct these and recreational sports, Dahab Sports Academy strives to achieve an organization that reaches both within and outside Dahab.

Our goal is to offer the best services we can, through:

• Attracting new and existing customers and sport-minded people both within and outside Egypt, including Arab and European countries.

• The education and training for children in a variety of sport categories and the organization of tournaments in respect to these sport categories.

• The creation and support of a social club for citizens and their families.

• Development of child and youth growth in the context of sports, and the full support for our future youth to be champions.

The structure of the project, includes but is not limited to:

• Full size football field, Running Track and Weight Training area that includes subtracks for smaller fields. Full size stadium seating to accommodate viewers.
• Tennis courts
• Covered areas for gymnasiums that are designed for sports such as handball, basketball
• Olympic size Swimming pool
• Areas to accommodate sports conducted outside the Academy (Diving, Windsurfing, Hoseback Riding)
• Associate club & Health club
• Accommodation
• Sports Mall & Market containing 134 shops

Location
Situated on the southeast cost of the Sinai Peninsula, Dahab is located approximately 80km north of Sharm El Sheikh.
Overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba, Dahab Heights sits 30metres above the natural blue lagoon. The Academy is close to famous dive sites including The Blue Hole and The Three Pools, as well as historic sites as Saint Catherine Monastery and Mount Moses, nestled between the Sinai Mountains and the shores of Red Sea, creating a serene and calm environment. Located within close proximity to the town centre, Dahab Sports Academy is accessed by Dahab’s main highway.
