(code 111B) The Building is situated at the Municipality of Voula (Pigadakia area). It consists of one (1) Basement of 616.97 m2 and four (4) Floors: Ground Floor of 400.50 m2, First Floor of 345 m2 , Second Floor of 346 m2 and Third Floor of 339 m2, in total, 2,048 m2, on a plot of 2000sq.m.
The building was purchased on 2007, at the stage of coatings, being formatted as habitation and was fully reformed afterwards, in order to be used as business premises for Maritime Corporations. The spaces in all Floors are open - planned, airy and sunny, with capacity to accommodate about thirty (30) employees per Floor. The Building is also equipped with the latest means of technology referring to electricity, telephone/internet installations and air - conditioning.
Its garden has been also shaped for receptions.
From 2009 until December, 2013, the Building was leased by Maritime Companies as their place of business, employing about 60 persons. Voula and Vouliagmeni are now the New Maritime Centres of Athens, after Piraeus, as these areas are the principal place of business for about thirty (30) Maritime Companies, and in particular, several of them are of the biggest ones.
