A lush, fertile 10 hectare flower farm for lease – Nairobi, Kenya.

The farm is 1 hours drive to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and is at an altitude of 2050m above sea level.
3.2 hectares of the farm are under steel-frame greenhouses and the rest under wooden-frame greenhouses. The current crop consists of roses and carnations. Maintaining the current crop will be optional, the leaser is open to the farming of a majority of other crops (exceptions apply e.g. agroforestry).
The water supply is derived from 3 boreholes and there are also 2 dams on the farm. There is a high quality comprehensive irrigation system including two standby irrigation pumps. There is a central spray system with 2 supply tanks.
The farm is connected to commercial large power supply and has a 175 kva standby generator.
Other facilities include a spacious flower grading hall and Geeroffs cold stores (pre-cool and final cooling cold stores).
Included with the farm comes a 3 bedroomed house available for the farm manager, general stores and offices.
