Location
Site is located on the right side of the road from Podgorica to the town of Danilovgrad, 8km from
Podgorica center. It has direct access from the main road and it is surrounded with sturdy iron fence,
built on the concrete blocks.
Description:
Originally planned as business center ALLATA with the warehouse, office, and shops spaces, as seen on
the graphic presentations, to be build and developed in two phases.
Existing building (phase one) has 1500m2 of warehouse space as well as 240m2 office space within,
fully completed, and its extension of 557m2 is near completion.
Building has metal construction, with reinforced concrete blocks and foundation. Roofing has been
overlaid with aluminum panels with thermal and hydro isolation. The infrastructure has been connected –
water, electricity, sewage system and telephone lines.
For the existing building all necessary documentation has been completed and paid for.
For the other building of 1500m2 (phase two) the permit has been granted for the 21.6 x 31.6 square
meters (base) object and all necessary infrastructure is prepared. All permits that are required by the law
have been granted.
