The relais is in the historical centre of a Medieval village on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea, just 4 kms from San Benedetto del Tronto and the sea. The residence was opened following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating back to the 1500s and it has the priviledge to have the only garden in the historical centre of the town.
The relais has 11 holiday apartments and two double bedrooms, a fitness and relax area, a billiard room, a large garden with a Jacuzzi pool and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous continental breakfast, which can also be served by the pool.
During the restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes from the 1500s.
Each apartment already enjoys air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.
The property already attracts tourists from all over the world, thanks to its lovely location ina quiet and typical village, but just a few steps from the sea and mountains: the residence is not far from San Benedetto del Tronto, the National Park of Monti Della Laga, the Sibillini Mountains, and the Abruzzo region. It is also possible to go on day trips to Ascoli Piceno, Urbino and other historic areas, place in this wonderful region called Le Marche, to discover these places of art and exceptional beauty!
