The offered land of the total surface amounting to 53800 square metres (5,38 hectares) is located in the village of Kunkowa, in south Poland in the Polish mountains of Lows Beskids, about 20km from the border with the state of Slovakia. It is located at a slight slope of the valley, favourably located about 40 to 60 metres (vertically) higher from the village of Kunkowa (not visible from the plot), thanks to which fact for it enjoys longer sunny days for at least 1 -1,5 hours. The plot is of trapezium shape of width ranging from 120 to 170 m and of length amounting to about 450 metres. There is a stream flowing through the plot, the source of which is located a few hundred metres above at the top of the mountain.
Based upon the provisions of the local law (Local Spatial Management Plan) of the commune of Uście Gorlickie (to which the village of Kunkowa belong to), the plot is located upon the terrain classified as construction area (14900 square metres – 1,49 ha), forest (24900 sq.m. 2,49 ha) as well as fields (14000 sq.m. 1,4 ha).
Located in the area of mountains renowned for mountain walking and hiking as well as for watersports in the summer and winter sports in the winter the region is also famous for its flora and fauna richness. The plot is located on the border of the Magura National Park (info in English available under the provided link to the herby offer) and within the distance of 7km (road distance, but about 2km walking distance) from the lake of Klimkówka (info in English available under the provided link to the herby offer) a renowned fishing, ice –fishing and water sport destination. There are several skiing slopes within 30 minute drive.
