This group of properties, collectively called Hacienda Don Tomas, is a working dairy farm of almost 100 Hectares. Some 95 hectares are titled and about 3.5 are still ROP, purchased recently and now in the title process. Access roads go into the property from different entry points and it is possible to drive around the perimeter of the ranch.
One milking station is complete and in use complete with employee quarters, etc., and a second is mostly developed except for the milking equipment. Some 70 hectares are planted in high nutrition pasto mejorado grass and there is abundant water channelled to most parts of the ranch as well.
