This award winning, successful bar/restaurant is looking for new owners. The present owners transformed the property in 2018: new plumbing and electrics, double glazed sound-proofed doors and windows, air conditioning, roof renovation and new floor tiles throughout. The spacious interior including two alcoves for dining has a capacity for 52 clients and the covered outside terrace has capacity for a further 25 clients. The interior consists of a full length fully equipped bar, ladies and gents guest toilets, an interior store room and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. Outside there is an exterior store room. This business is well known for well priced meals, theme nights, quiz nights, live music and private parties and has an international clientele, it is also very popular stop off for drinks before going to one of the many restaurants in the area. The current owners work a 6 day week and their hours are to suit them, their clients are used to their opening hours but new owners could open longer if they wished!
