Rare! Renovated alpine chalet directly on the ski slopes
The chalet Legato is located in the middle of nature directly on the ski area of Villars / Gryon at 1560m altitude at the place called Sodoleuvre. Facing North, the view on the Golf of Villars and the Grand Chamossaire is spectacular. To the West, you can see the Dents du Midi peak.
This alpine chalet built in 1807 has been recently renovated and offers optimal comfort for your outdoor vacations. Its three levels offer a living space of about 150m2 with 3 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an indoor sauna, a large living room with stone fireplace, a kitchen with balcony. The whole is completed by a laundry room, a technical room and an entrance hall on the garden level.
For the access, in summer, the road of Chaux brings you to 300m of the chalet. The last part is on foot through the fields. In winter, the parking of Frasses is located at 2 kilometers. The rest can be done on foot, with snowshoes or with a snowmobile subject to obtaining a permit. Or you can ski directly in front of the door!
Located in the alpine zone, the chalet does not include any private land. The acquisition is made in right of surface.
