Shilp Haat or Bunker Bhawan is an iconic building spread in an area of 10 acres at the prime location of Noida. It is an initiative taken by Noida authority.
With the 3 story building + 146 shops and a large food court, an amphitheater with a large capacity of a person, an emporium, Culture Centre, Museum, office space and Huge space for Car Parking with other public utility services.
The venue has very large green landscaping and display of plants, climbers, ornamental plants, shrubs, etc.
It has been designed to act as a Hunar HUB in Noida to encourage artisans from all over the country and promote their product so that they could sell directly to the buyers.
In addition to the above, Handloom and Handicraft Festival, Aadi Mahotsav and with the support and cooperation of various central ministries, state Government & engaged to promote the artisans from various states will be sought for organizing periodically such festivals so that the products could reach out to a large number of people in India.
Ship Haat will serve as a regular venue for Shilp Utsav and other events besides being a one-stop hub for the promotion of artisans from across the country to display and sell their products directly to the consumers. Shilp Haat will act as a 'Hunar hub' – for master craftsman & Artisans, a prototype model to be replicated in other states which would encourage their local arts and crafts.
