The building is located in the Peloponese, Corinth area, 800 meters away from the beach. Even though it is on the countryside, Corinth is only 45 minutes away from urban Athens by Proastiakos railway! The foundations for the estate are there but i cannot complete it due to the economic crisis. The building is 640 square meters, situated in the middle of a square plot of land that is 1,5 stremmas(0.3 acres). The first floor is 1,5 meters above the ground and 200 square meters. The second floor is 220 square meters and the third floor is also 220 square meters. By Greek law, in that area you can't build any higher but you can have an attic if you don't want the top to be just a terrace or a roof. In the middle of the building there is a staircase. The balconies are big and round. There is also a garage.
The building is right in front of a small but asphalt road. Opposite there is a vineyard.
The building is already connected to a water source and an electrical source.
I was intending for it to be a big vacation house but due to its size, it can easily be made into many condos.
