We would like to offer you a beautiful object which was built in 1920. The area was originally a family house and in 1993 was rebuilt into a surgical sanatorium. The reconstruction involved one floor extension and building garages. Thus it is a three-storey building including two overground + an attic and one underground store.
underground storey : boiler room, machine room, storerooms, kitchen, sanitary facilities, x-ray machine, examination rooms and doctor´s consulting rooms
first storey : hall, 2x operating theatre, waiting room, inspection room, doctor´s consulting room, sanitary facilities, storeroom
second storey : hall, nurse´s room, 8x room with a social facilities, storeroom
attic : hall, room, offices, social facilites, kitchen, cloakrooms
There are two carparks, in front of the building and inside of the area. The entire area is surrounded by a fence and includes a garden.
