Location: the plot is situated in Constanta County, on the Black Sea Coast, in 2 Mai resort, near DN 39 and between 2 Mai and Vama Veche.
About 2 Mai resort:
Small city of 2 Mai, a few years ago a mere village frequented by artists and nudist, lately become very popular place for tourists, despite the poor conditions of housing and recreational opportunities. Accommodation is, in large part, villagers in their homes, but, lately, appeared in tourism some villas built for tourism destination that comfort level is higher. The resort is located just 53km from Constanta. Beach from 2 Mai is not arranged in particular and not very wide but is very pleasant for those who prefer peace.
Pathways to 2 Mai resort:
-by car: DN 39 (E 87). From Mangalia to Vama Veche another 5 km;
-by train: Mangalia station and minibuses from here to 2 Mai.
Unincorporated agricultural land proposed for passage in the built-buildable areas. The plot consists of 3 groups each with identical openings, each of 1.294sqm and opening of 18.38m. Utilities is at last building in the village (about 100m). The area's height regime allows the construction of villas with groundfloor + 2 levels + attic.
