Pyskowice is a town located in the western part of the Silesian province and the Upper Silesian Industrial Region in the distance of 12 km from Gliwice, on the Drama River. It is situated near the road connecting Wrocław with Krakow and the site where roads to Częstochowa and Poznań branch off.

The area is located in the south-west of Pyskowice. It is mainly covered with grassy green areas, partly with forests. Two water reservoirs are situated in the western part of this area.

The property has the shape of a pentagon and is situated on the southern side of Piaskowa Street. The area has access to public roads: Piaskowa street, Poddębie street, Kolonia Pyskowicka street and lies in the south-west of Pyskowice. It is mainly covered with grassy green areas, partly with forests. It neighbours the existing single-family residential buildings in Kolonia Pyskowicka street.

4. COMMERCIAL AREAS - SPACE: 81 ha

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
The property has the shape of a trapezium and is situated directly near the railway station. It has access to the road: from the north from Kolonia Pyskowicka street, from the south from Jagodowa street in Gliwice.
The area lies in the south-west of Pyskowice. It is mainly covered with grassy green areas, partly with forests.

Basic intended use: areas of service buildings and commercial and production zones
Supplementary intended use: administration and social background facilities, parking places.
Other areas not subject to the zoning plan 7 ha.
