About the farm in Alibag

The Farm is located at serene village Awas at Alibag Taluka. From Mumbai Gateway of India if one takes a launch or a motor boat you can reach the Mandwa jetty within 35 minutes and from there it’s about 10 minutes scenic beautiful ride. The distance from Pune is about 145 kms. And from Mumbai by road is about 115 kms. (two and half hours drive by car) it is a place where many celebrities, advertising media personalities, actors, models, sportsmen and industrialists and businessmen own farms and ranches. They also own their private motorboats and come there every weekend. This is a tourist place and many small resorts do good business. There are beautiful un spoilt beaches hence it’s a main attraction


The farm is 27 gunthas, located on the main road going to the Beach. 10 minutes walk from this property.
. There is a main Bunglow about 1900 sft. 2 BHK with sit out etc. Besides this there are three guest rooms. One wooden cottage, One Storehouse or godown,. The water source is Borewell and the water has been scientifically analyzed for potability. There two water tanks and pumping is done for irrigation and drinking and sanitation.
