Access: A single track gravel road goes through the property.
Landscape Description: Approximately 2-3 acres of rich soil.
Flat Land (which is located beside the river) suitable for growing various types of vegetation, rice, corn etc.
Other area has a gradual hilly rise of approximately 15- 20 degrees and finishes on top of a hill which is almost flat and suits a living point.

The part of land above the road has more thicker small tree vegetation.
The river bank provides a direct access to the Dreketi river (silent and least explored), which is the deepest in Fiji and which also provides good leisure fishing in the River and then it opens up to the sea.
Location: more or less in the center of Vanualevu.
Approximately 4km by gravel road (Valelawa Road) from Labasa/ Nabouwalu tar-sealed highway and the turn is approximately 55 km from Labasa Town.
