This is a beautiful piece of land that crests the western mountain ridge overlooking the Managua valley and the Pacific Ocean. It has power and water and is perfect for developing into desirable home sites, which has been done with great success nearby. The soil is unbelievably fertile and almost anything will grow there. We’ve grown beans, papaya, tomatoes, pumpkins, squash, watermelon, and myriad other consumer foods. The property currently has 20+ mango trees of three varieties, 20+ avocado trees of various varieties, star fruit, several hundred plantain and banana trees, 80+ citrus trees, and miscellaneous precious wood trees such as Teak, Mahogany, etc. We had planned to build our retirement home there, where we could watch the sun go down in the Pacific from our patio – and sell adjoining lots to nice folks seeking the same. Sadly, health concerns force us to sell this wonderful property and remain retired in the USA.
