The farm produces three different types of wines: Brunello di Montalcino, Sant'Antimo (red wine that takes its name from the nearby Abbey of Sant 'Antimo) and Rosso di Montalcino.
The land is composed of 112 hectares in a total, of which one hectar is cultivated with olive trees, 6 hectares with Rosso di Sant'Antimo, 3.5 hectares belong to Rosso di Montalcino, and 3 hectares to Brunello di Montalcino, the rest of the area is woodland and arable land. Also this territory has three structures for different use.
Main house is newly renovated with surface of 580 square meters. The building is completely dedicated to living as a single housing unit for a total of 14 beds divided into six double rooms with private bathrooms on the first floor and a bedroom with bathroom for disabled on the ground floor. The ground floor is also divided into: two living rooms with a large fireplace, dining room, professional kitchen, office with guest bathroom, sauna with adjoining rooms, bathroom with shower. Outside the building is surrounded by a large well maintained garden with wonderful panoramic views and jacuzzi. The sweeming pool of 12x6 m with chaise longues and parasols is located in a hidden position with a high level of privacy.
Secondary farmhouse is a complex of 457 square meters where on the ground floor there is the local office, cellar and degustation room, fermentation place and pumping over, storage room for tuns, two rooms for aging. (320 square meters)
The first floor is ready to be used as a receptive area and is composed of kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathroom and loggia. (mq 137). The outdoor area has a garden area with Jacuzzi.
Laboratory is used for processing meat of "Cinta Senese" which is a special pork grown in Siena area (about 280 sq. m.).
