Beach resort (leasehold) for sale on the Ligurian Riviera, a very popular destination for both domestic and international tourism
State rent concession (expiring in 2033) on an overall area of 2,700 m2 including a shoreline 88-metre wide
The establishment offers more than 100 beach cabins (whose number can be increased up to approx.160 units) and umbrellas and approximately 60 chairs; all equipment is new

Overall management costs (including rent, maintenance costs and salaries) add up to approximately 50,000 EUR/year
