Ecological Paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. Offering 15 meters of beach front from a larger lot on the Gulf of Mexico. Property is about 198 meters deep. Willing to subdivide and sell a min of 10 linear meters of beach front so that a foreigner can set up a FIDECOMISO (a trust for a MEXICAN bank tohold the title). Electricity runs in front of the lot but across the main road, only a few feet away. This road goes from Progreso to the port of Dzilam Bravo. Brand new two lanes highway was finished in 2016, Costa de Esmeralda Highway.
