Vacation complex Bizone built in the land plot 1-2305 in 324 square plan of the Kavarna town – area “Coastal Zone” an area of 1878 square meters. Kavarna is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, situated on the Black Sea Coast. Located 64 km from Varna. Kavarna is a rich historical site keeps pristine and lovely unique nature. The area of Kavarna is the center for development of golf tourism. In its vicinity are popular resorts , Tuzlata, Albena, Ikantalaka, Bolata and Rusalka, Kaliakra Cape, Cape Chirakman and others.
Complex “Bizone” is located 300 meters from the beach and is situated in a way that allows each apartment to have a magnificent sea view. The complex is under construction and consists of three buildings – Corpus A, Corpus B and Corpus C, each with a different number of apartments.
Corpus A is the largest, with building area - 1462.86 sq.m.The property has a Detailed Development Plan, building design and building permit, but construction had not started. This allows the prospective investor to convert the project at his discretion. In project of Corpus A has 16 apartments, of which 5 three-bedrooms and 11 two-bedrooms. On the first floor are two staffs for shop.
Corpus B has a building area - 682.08 sq.m. and has 8 two-bedroom apartments. Completed at the stage of rough construction, filled with plumbing, electrical systems, finished plaster.
Corpus C has a building area - 1128.40 sq.m. and offers 14 two-bedroom apartments. Degree of completion on the building - before Acts 14 with following stage of completeness:

The complex can be isolated from external users through functional fence. Can be built barbeque, bowers, park for walking and recreation, children's playground. The roof area of Corpus B can be used as an outdoor terrace, outdoor bar and more.
The sale of the complex “Bizone” shall be described in the stage of completion of the two building – Corpus B and Corpus C, with the land and the draft of Corpus A.
