Old building, year of construction approx. 1903, consists of two head-end buildings and a connecting building, basement, simple fitting out, plaster and moisture damage as well as vandalism damage, sheeting roof, Preolith-shingles, concrete chimney top. Above a part of the train platform there is a roof at the building.
The whole project is in severe need of refurbishment.
