Playa Largo, all 13,000 acres, is a strikingly beautiful property with two valleys that extend out to sand dunes along the beach. The entire oceanfront slopes upward from the beach for about a mile, so that all the land near the ocean is seaview property. The northern valley was farmed previously and could easily be restored for fruit and vegetable farming. The shoreline slopes gradually into the ocean, making shallow swimable beaches, which is unusual on the Pacific coast. Las Mesas has some of the best beaches in Baja with gently sloping land surrounding them, enabling easy development of the land. The vast interior of the property (the size of Manhattan) is full of many true mesas with table-like appearances similar to the mesas in Arizona and New Mexico. Between the mesas are extensive cactus forests with Joshua Trees and Cardon cactus that reach heights of 30 feet. There are also several excellent sites for airstrips.
Because of the moderating influence of the Pacific Ocean, the summer temperatures rarely exceed 85 to 90 degrees. Property appraised for $33MM
