Massive exotic property bordering the Tamash River on the north and Sarstoon River on the south with linkage to Caribbean Sea. Three types of land mass containing hills with elevations up to 718-ft above sea level. Known deposits of agricultural and industrial minerals, primarily dolomite and limestone. Studies also indicate that precious metals and petroleum exists on the land. The timber tract consists of 8,000 acres of dense rain forest with an estimated 180,000 mature hardwood trees (including mahogany and rosewood) and 180,000 of saplings, estimating 84,000,000 board feet of lumber.
