Completely renovated guesthouse for sale near GrossGlockner ski area. Not far from Salzburg airport (few hours drive) and other airports are also available such as Ljubljana (Slo), Graz and Klagenfurt.

The area is a winter fairy tale, guarded by the mighty peaks of Grossglockner (3.798m), Austria's highest mountain, to the snow-covered houses of Heiligenblut around the slim tower of the famous gothic pilgrimage church. The ski area opens generally in mid December and continues to around the beginning of April.
The guesthouse is ideal base for more extreme sports such as rock climbing, para gliding, base jumping, white water rafting etc.
