The complex consists of 39 separate two-storey villas with two and three bedrooms. The architectural style of the villas in "Floral Meadows" is the same as these in the completed and functional complexes.
Unique Bulgarian exterior presented of low buildings that are located at a sufficient distance from one another, the roofs are covered with red tiles, facades are made with stone decorative trim, have porches and patios, spacious balconies on the second floor overlooking the south-east and magnificent sea views. Each villa has parking space, with possibility for private pool and other additions.
All the villas in the complex are with completed rough construction, roofing, windows, infrastructure and communications. The completion is scheduled for April 2013.
