Beautiful land by the sea included private beach and a privileged view of mountains and ocean. The area is 75.000 m² that has rainforest of native vegetation. There is already existing structure of foundation of an old property of two houses.
Paraty is located 248 km from Rio de Janeiro and 320 km from Guarulhos, São Paulo International airport. As situated between two big cities, there is a huge potential of both Brazilian and international tourism.
Since many years ago Paraty is the favourite holiday paradise for the middle- and upper classes from Rio de Janeiro. The standard is high, like European and Paraty is also a highlight for international tourism.
Paraty is one of the most well-preserved colonial town in Brazil. It is a picturesque town with a charming Historical center. It is surrounded by rainforest and is famous for its beautiful archipelago with plenty of islands. There is a marina for speed boats and yachts.
There are many exciting activities in the region. You can go hiking in the jungle to desert beaches and beautiful waterfalls, visit an Indian village and descendants of slaves, go on boat trips, fishing, paddle cayaqi, go snorkeling, diving and surfing. Paraty is also well-known for distilleries of rum and a rich musical life. There is an annual International Litterature Festival (FLIP) and a famous Jazz Festival and many festivities and traditional celebrations.
Close to Paraty there is a National Parque, Serra da Bocaina, preserving the Atlantic rainforest with its magnificent flora and fauna. There is no malaria as in the Amazon.
Paraty has a very pleasant climate, with an average annual temperature of about 25 degrees. It is not getting as hot as in the Northeast of Brazil located close to the equator.
Paraty is a relaxed beach town that is quiet and safe for the inhabitants and the tourists.
